Sunday, November 26

Hi All,

Sorry for the hiatus. Honestly, we've been a little full of pie for typing. We had a wonderful and relaxing Thanksgiving though. We are back to eating toast and drinking coffee in the mornings at the lakeside and loving it.

Harry is getting stronger everyday. Each day he adds another activity to his repertoire and grows more confident in his daily tasks. He can now stand and get up and out of chairs all on his own. These are huge feats and we are so proud of our hero.

Harry has a doctor's appointment on Tuesday with Dr. O'Rourke. We will report back then.

Hope you all are well. We love each and every one of you. Thank you all for the big welcome home.

Love,

Eileen and Harry

Great news! Pie, I always thought, was a prime soul food. Perhaps, Harry, it's part of our midwestern heritage. Pie and family on Thanksgiving -- things to give thanks for.

What great news about Harry getting increasingly mobile! Donna and I both have this mental image of you both at the lake house just having a wonderful time. We are so thankful that you were able to have Thanksgiving in your own home and surroundings. This is great. Keep us posted.

Love,

Larry and Donna

It was said: no news is good news! We are full of optimism and confidence in Harry's strength and his steady climb towards full recovery. However, this blog is very addictive and I always look for some new words on it. We continue our prayers and wishes for a speedy and full recovery. Keep the good news coming!
