Dear hearts and gentle people,
Today has been an excellent day with good news. Harry's counts are coming up nicely (white blood cells at 1500 today) AND - drum roll please - HIS KNEE FEELS BETTER! The swelling is even down. The infectious disease guy had said to only think in terms of week to week progress, but this improvement today is dramatic. Tomorrow, we're going to try a little stroll about the grounds - or at least about the floor - and see how that goes.
Harry spent a lot of the day sleeping which is just the work he should be doing.
The nurse just came in, so we're signing off.
